Our Unique Location

     Kantishna Air Taxi (KAT) is based at the end of the 94-mile gravel road, deep within Denali National Park. Granted an exclusive concession permit by the National Park Service, we are the only air operator that is based within the boundaries of Denali National Park. KAT is fully insured, as well as licensed and certified by the FAA.

Where KAT Can Fly You

     Distances in Alaska are great and flying is often the most expedient transportation. Many remote lodges and destinations in the Alaskan bush are only accessible by aircraft. Kantishna Air Taxi can get you there.

     We offer air service throughout the state of Alaska, however, our specialty is serving visitors to Denali National Park and flightseeing of Mt. McKinley (Denali) and the Alaska Range. Many of our clients choose accommodations at one of the five backcountry destinations in Kantishna. Skyline Lodge, Camp Denali, North Face Lodge, Denali Backcountry Lodge and the Kantishna Roadhouse all provide a premier wilderness experience. Travelers who choose to stay at the park entrance often charter KAT for air transportation or sightseeing flights.
